I want to print with SameDay but don’t need my prints tomorrow. Do you offer a longer service?

Of course you should still print with us! Thousands of people use SameDay Printing just for the quality, price and service. If you’re not in a hurry, you can choose FREE Ground Shipping on $40 or more orders or we are now offering 3Day Production on most products.  SameDay Printing offers free Ground Shipping on orders $40 and over to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Is shopping on your site secure?

I just placed an order. How long until I know everything is OK?

SameDay Printing constantly checks orders as they come in to verify files are properly set up and ready to print. If they are, we send the files to production and shoot you an email confirming that your order is underway. If your files are not properly set up, we place a hold on your order and immediately notify you via email that changes need to be made.

What happens if I order by 12 noon Eastern Time, Monday - Friday and I don’t receive my order the next day?

This is rare, but anything is possible. If the shipping company fails to deliver your order overnight, we can file a claim on your behalf. These claims are treated on a case-by-case basis and can take between 1-3 business days to resolve.

If I order after 12 noon Eastern Time, Monday - Friday, when will my order ship?

If we receive your print-ready file(s) and payment after 12 noon Eastern Time, Monday - Friday, we will ship your order the next business day at 7pm EST.

*3 Day Production orders will print and ship within 3 business days of receiving print-ready order.  Production time starts on or before 12PM EST, Monday - Friday

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes, when your order ships you will receive notification via email. You can track your order here via our Order Tracker

What happens if the file(s) I submit are not correct?

We preview all files for each and every order, and if they do not meet our specifications, a hold is placed on your order and you are notified via email. We want to see you get your prints when you need them, so we work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

My files were not set up correctly. How do I resend new files?

Simply log into your account at SameDayPrinting.com, click Order History and then select View Order Detail. Go to Add/Edit Images at the bottom to delete your old image(s) and re-upload the new image(s).

How will I know if my order was processed?

Whenever the status of an order changes, we send out a status update via email so you feel informed every step of the way.

Do you print full color?

Yes, everything we print is full color. If you need something printed in black and white, simply set up your files in black and white.

Do you offer graphic design services?

A lot printers do. We don’t. It’s better to do one thing really well, and what we do well is printing. Printers who offer “graphic design” generally don’t do it very well, so unlike those other companies we won’t waste your time with our Photoshop skills. What we do know is whether your design files are set up right or wrong and what you have to do to fix any setup errors. Beyond that, we’re all about ink hitting paper.

What kind of files do you accept?

We accept JPG, TIFF and PDF file types.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order on our website.

If I place my order today, when do I get it?

If we receive your print-ready file(s) and payment by 12 noon Eastern Time, Monday - Friday your order will be ready for shipping SameDay. If we receive your print ready file(s) and payment after 12 noon Eastern Time, Monday - Friday, your order will be ready for shipping the next business day. Please remember that the shipping option you select determines how long it takes to deliver your order.

Are you open on Saturday?

No, we work really hard Monday-Friday so when the weekend rolls around we like to enjoy it. You can however place your order anytime.

Can I pay more to have a rush order?

There’s no such thing as a “rush” job here at SameDay Printing. That’s what makes us unlike any other printer in the country. Every order is expedited at no extra cost. No markups, no lines, no hassles – no exceptions.

Can I split an order into equal portions using different design files?

No, at this time your entire order must be printed using the same artwork. So if you choose 1000 4x6 flyers, they all have to have the same artwork. If you need two different designs, simply place two smaller orders and upload different artwork for each order.

Can I write or print on the UV coating?

UV coating is a very high-gloss coating that makes the print durable and eye-catching, while enhancing the depth of color. It is not suitable for writing or printing on.

Is there a sales tax if shipping outside the State of Georgia?

No, orders shipping outside of the State of Georgia are not charged sales tax.

Am I guaranteed to get the exact color I want?

SameDay Printing uses high-volume digital printing processes. To maximize color accuracy, all print-ready files must be in CMYK color mode. Files created using RGB will be automatically converted to CMYK before going on the printing press, which will result in a slight – but inevitable – color shift on the final product. We cannot guarantee 100% precise color accuracy, but our many, many happy and repeat customers are proof that we deliver high-quality products.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, if you are in the Atlanta area you have the option to pick up your prints at our local delivery office.

Can I pick up my order at the Miami, Fl office?

No, our corporate office is just that. If you are in the Miami area you have many fast shipping options.

Where are you located?

SameDay Printing is a national online printing company servicing the entire United States. Our corporate offices are in Miami, Florida. While we make every attempt to ship from the location nearest you, your order may come from any of our locations. Please be advised that if you are ordering products with a tight deadline, you should select an overnight or next day shipping option to ensure timely arrival.
