Let’s talk refunds: If your order hasn’t hit the printer, we’ll cancel it and provide a full refund. No penalties. No strings.

We mean it. Even if the machines are fully armed and Sergei’s finger is twitching over the PRINT button, when last-minute orders to stand down come through the red emergency phone, you will get a refund. (Sorry, we just watched Hunt for Red October.)
